The Guest House in Brebu Nou / Weidenthal is located in the Banat Highlands in southwestern Romania, a location known for wonderful nature, hiking, biking and adventure trails, skiing as well as genuine villagers which will welcome you with open arms.
Opening its doors for the first time in 2001 the Guest House is a conversion from a 1890, German-Bohemian style farm house with adjacent barn. Nowadays it represents an eclectic style of nostalgic mountain ambiance with touchers of street art. It offers a total of 13 guest rooms and dorm rooms, with a total space to accommodate up to 35 guests. There is also a camp-ground on-site. Healthy, hearty as well as vegetarian/vegan cuisine at the cozy restaurant, a full-bar, a relaxed yet energetic ambiance and a large meeting and event room round-off the offer and appeal to off-road friends, naturalists, adventurers, families as well as corporate team-building and incentive groups alike, as well as for all kinds of travelers who want to discover this beautiful region.
The Guest House was established by the founders of EnduRoMania (http://enduromania.net.), which is a sports - touristic trail riding event being carried out up to eight times per year since 1995! The Guest House was originally opened in 2001 and has been the pioneer in developing the active, sports and adventure hospitality business in this area of the Carpathian Mountains.
